Please note that the built-in GPS only shows the coordinates of your location and cannot be used as GPS navigation. NO internet connection needed for the GPS feature to work. When the camera receives a signal, the GPS feature will work automatically. Dash Cam GPS does NOT provide driving directions. It is only meant to record the driving speed, your driving route with your video. Almost all the dash cameras like this. The built in GPS in dash cams are to record your driving route data, so you can prove the exact location of an accident or an event that occurred at specific date and time and location.

There may be two reasons why the memory card cannot be taken out of the card slot: 

1. The memory card is inserted upside down, causing the card slot to deform; 

2. The tenon next to the memory card is deformed, causing the card to die and pull out not come out. 

 You can try the following two methods: 

1. The SD insert is spring loaded, if you slightly poke it with your fingernail, it should pop out easily;

2. Use tweezers to hold the card and push it gently and repeatedly to pull it out.
