1. push the edge of the card a bit harder with the edge of a credit card, then the SD card will "clicked" into place. When the card is in place, it can be removed easily by pushing it again, which releases the card.

 2. If it still won't hold the SD card, could you kindly provide us with a photo of the SD card slot? If the problem can not be solved, we'll send you a replacement ASAP.

 3. You should insert the card with the golden contacts facing the LCD display side of the dash cam.
