  • Why does the keypad not light up when I touch it or use fingerprint unlocking, and the voice prompt says "System locked, keypad unavailable"?

    The system will lock for a period of time if the number of incorrect unlocking attempts reaches the limit within a short period. After the lockout period ends, you can try again.

  • Why can't I find my door lock when adding a device in the app?

    First, check if the door lock's power supply is functioning properly. Second, make sure you have pressed the SET button before searching for the device. Third, ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and functioning normally, and that the app has been granted permission to use Bluetooth.

  • Why is fingerprint recognition not sensitive or failing to detect my fingerprint?

    This may be due to a damaged fingerprint, excessive moisture, or dirt on your finger. Try cleaning your finger and retrying. You can also register multiple fingerprint credentials for the same finger to improve recognition success.

  • HK01:How do I restore factory settings?

    Press and hold the SET button on the back panel of the lock until you hear a voice prompt. Keep holding the SET button, and after a "ding" sound, the lock will reset to factory settings.
